This portal has been developed for the legal-heir/ next-of-kin of Covid-19 deceased to apply for Ex Gratia Assistance. The claimant need to submit his claim through this portal and upload the specified documents (including covid-19 death certificate). The Ex Gratia Assistance claim will be verified with health department records and field verification to be carried out by SDMs/ Tehsildars. Chairman DDMA of the district will then disburse Ex Gratia to the next of kin of the deceased (covid-19) persons by DBT mode.
